When this item left my possession, these were brand leggings with no flaws, I just took them out of the bag for goodness sake! Lowballers are the worst. OMG!!!!!!! Its that easy. I have a high positive rating but about 1/10 sales I get a bad rating or return request. .My latest issue is being locked out of my account. Two of them never shipped. And physical retail stores? Bought plenty. When I received the return, Poshmark states on their site I can dispute it if its not the same item returned. I did NOT list it as new because I had removed the retail tag but did note that it was unworn and provided loads of photos. Currently using Poshmark, but it needs so much improvement and yes, I put so much effort into packaging my items making sure each is clean and free of pilling, etc., wrapping in pretty paper, sending thank you notes, including little cosmetic samples and chocolates, etc, etc. I just started using Poshmark. and meant to help you continue to succeed. What a farce! Sure theres a ton of complaining and trying to figure out what the business is doing, but theres no real pushback from the community. Poshmark should look at your selling history, there is no way a seller would send an item with holes on it and literary, obviously, used after selling 100 new and high quality/5 start rated items there is no way on earth that we as a seller would do that. I was honest in my review and stated that the dress was beautiful, but that the description was lacking details that were important to a buyer and I explained in detail what I saw upon receiving the dress. One of my tricks to protect myself is I use a tyvek wrist band with my store name written on it using a permanent marker and string it around the tag loop of your garment to protect the authenticity in case a return is file. I would recommend starting with Tradesy and eBay. and our It has left me mortified that trolls like this exist on this site and poshmark does nothing. Some have been able to raise money to stay afloat, albeit at lower or flat valuations. Can you tell me how/where I go to do that? I would try eBay and Tradesy before doing a Shopify account. I get that. When I explained to her that I was unable to leave the rating and feedback before that time due to my busy schedule, she replied with insulting remarks. I dont know if you are familiar with hosting a party on Posh but I messaged them about it and they sent me some form and said your closet has to be compliant, etc., etc. I would certainly recommend looking into BigCommerce (http://bit.ly/2pFg5Mt) to set up your online store or Shopify if you have some HTML coding knowledge. Last, shopping and selling online is all about trust. Im both an active buyer and active seller on Posh. I asked about the sizing, and the seller responded right away. but Poshmark has some algorithm system where after you have gone to all the trouble of posting your items, THEN they start their verification process when you go to print your first label to mail your item, and all they keep sending you is mobile info to get a text message. This countrys healthcare is the biggest scam. Its quite rewarding leaving all the drama of Poshmark behind. I do the same thing every time someone opens a case I immediately reply and say I will not accept the return because my listing had clear photos and a description, with measurements, which I show in a screenshot in the reply. I would love to check alternative ways to sell my stuff. You can add up to 3 tags to a listing. I too had thought that it would be a good side gig when I retired. I assure you that I DO NOT own any fake items, but to me is more mind boggling that some how the buyer and Poshmark were able to make this assumption in such item. I contact the seller and she blocked me. 1 star rating because the buyer didnt think the sort was the correct brand, while I provided a receipt copy.
